The invention discloses a hybrid power system integrating an electronic water pump and a reverse dragging cooling supercharger and a control method. The electronic water pump is connected to a water path between an engine and the supercharger in series. An engine controller is adopted to send a command needing to operate to the electronic water pump when the engine is shut down; a reverse towing request switch is adopted to send a reverse towing request to a vehicle control unit; and a vehicle control unit is adopted to send a reverse towing instruction to a vehicle motor, and the engine is reversely towed at the preset rotating speed within the preset time, so that the engine is reversely towed to cool the supercharger through low-temperature exhaust. The problems that after an existing hybrid power electric vehicle uses an electronic water pump to cool a supercharger in a delayed mode, a vehicle power supply main switch is turned off too quickly after the vehicle stops or arrives at a station, so that the electronic water pump stops, and the supercharger is cooled insufficiently are solved.
本发明公开一种集成电子水泵与倒拖冷却增压器的混动系统及控制方法,其采用电子水泵串联在发动机与增压器之间的水路上;采用发动机控制器在发动机停机时向电子水泵发送需要运行的命令;采用倒拖请求开关向整车控制器发送倒拖请求;采用整车控制器向整车电机发送倒拖指令,以预设转速、预设时间内倒拖发动机,使得发动机倒拖以低温排气冷却所述增压器。本发明解决现有混合动力电动汽车应用电子水泵延时冷却增压器后由于车辆停车或到站后过快关闭整车电源总开关导致电子水泵停转、增压器冷却不足的问题。
