The invention discloses a marine crane and a hoisting control system and a hoisting control method.The marine crane comprises a door-shaped hanging bracket, a hanging wire, a hoisting hook and an automatic butt joint device arranged between the hanging wire and the hoisting hook, the door-shaped hanging bracket comprises a horizontally-arranged hanging beam, and a pulley adjusting device is arranged on the hanging beam; the pulley adjusting device comprises a lead screw, a lead screw driving motor for driving the lead screw to rotate, a sliding block in threaded connection with the lead screw and a pulley fixedly arranged on the sliding block, the extending direction of a rotating shaft of the pulley is parallel to the extending direction of the lead screw, and the suspension wire is guided by the pulley and connected with the lifting hook through the automatic butt joint device. The automatic butt joint device comprises a pump body and a plurality of water spraying pipes connected with the pump body, and the water spraying pipes are provided with valves. By controlling the sliding block and the automatic butt joint device and adjusting the position of the lifting hook, the lifting hook can be automatically in butt joint with a lifting ring on goods to be lifted, the process of lifting the goods is simplified, the butt joint difficulty of the lifting hook is reduced, and the safety in the lifting process is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种船用吊机及其吊装控制系统和吊装控制方法,船用吊机包括门型吊架、吊线、吊钩和设置于吊线与吊钩之间的自动对接装置,所述门型吊架包括水平设置的吊梁,吊梁上设置滑轮调节装置,所述滑轮调节装置包括丝杆、驱动丝杆转动的丝杆驱动电机、与丝杆螺纹连接的滑块、固定设置于滑块上的滑轮,所述滑轮的转轴延伸方向平行于丝杆延伸方向,所述吊线经滑轮导向通过自动对接装置与吊钩连接,所述自动对接装置包括泵体、若干连接泵体的喷水管,所述喷水管设置阀门。通过控制滑块和自动对接装置,调节吊钩的位置,实现吊钩自动对接待吊货物上的吊环,简化了吊起货物的流程,降低了吊钩对接的难度,保证了吊装过程中的安全性。
