The method comprises the following steps that a hoisting device is hoisted to the position above a box room through a crane; the frame is detachably connected to the box room; integrally hoisting the hoisting device and the box room to a mounting position by using a crane; the crane loosens the hook, the multiple supporting legs stretch out to abut against the supporting face, the container room is supported, and the height of each supporting leg is adjusted to enable the container room to be kept horizontal; the horizontal adjusting assembly is controlled to move the box room leftwards, rightwards, forwards and backwards, so that the box room is aligned with the mounting surface in the up-down direction; the heights of the multiple supporting legs are adjusted, and the box room is horizontally moved downwards to the installation face; and the box room is connected to the mounting face through bolts, and connection between the frame and the box room is relieved. According to the modularized box room hoisting precision control method, the speed of installing a plurality of box rooms is effectively increased, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
