The multi-angle inclined elevator bearing frame device comprises a lift car, a bearing inclined frame and an adjusting part, the adjusting part comprises a car bottom side supporting assembly installed at the bottom of the lift car and a lower installing plate assembly installed on the bearing inclined frame, and the lower installing plate assembly comprises an arc-shaped rail; the car bottom side supporting assembly comprises a supporting steel wheel assembly which is matched with the track and used for enabling the car to swing relative to the bearing inclined frame, a driving assembly which is installed between the car bottom and the lower installation plate assembly and provides swing power for the car, and an inclination angle sensor for detecting the inclination angle of the car. Most loads are transmitted to the bottom structure of the bearing frame through the supporting steel wheel assemblies and the rails, the telescopic driving piece used for adjusting the angle only bears horizontal force for keeping the ground of the lift car horizontal, and the borne loads are small.
