The invention discloses a non-pyrotechnic large-bearing pressing and releasing mechanism capable of resetting quickly, which comprises a fixing frame, a restraint ring and a split nut, spring assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the top surface of the fixing frame, one end of one spring assembly is propped against a lock bolt, and the other end of the lock bolt is propped against a pin body extending out of a pin puller; the restraint ring is located between the fixing frame and the base. The spring assembly is connected with the top end of the restraint ring. The fixing frame is provided with a plurality of limiting columns, the limiting columns are sleeved with the restraining ring, split nuts are arranged on the inner sides of the limiting columns, the top ends of the split nuts are slidably connected with the separation cone, and a wave spring abuts against the position between the separation cone and the bottom face of the fixing plate. A plurality of rollers are connected between the outer wall of the split nut and the inner wall of the restraint ring in a rolling mode. The large bearing capacity is gradually reduced step by step through the force reducing mechanisms in various forms, and the force reducing mechanism is suitable for occasions with compact structure, low energy consumption, rapid resetting and large bearing capacity.

    本发明公开了一种可快速复位的非火工大承载压紧释放机构,其包括:固定架、约束环和分瓣螺母,固定架的顶面两侧分别设置有弹簧组件,一个弹簧组件的一端抵靠在锁栓上,锁栓的另一端抵靠在拔销器上伸出的销体上;约束环位于固定架和基座之间,弹簧组件与约束环的顶端连接;固定架具有多个限位柱,约束环套设在多个限位柱外侧,多个限位柱的内侧设置有分瓣螺母,分瓣螺母的顶端与分离锥滑动连接,分离锥与固定板的底面之间抵靠有波形弹簧;分瓣螺母的外壁与约束环的内壁之间滚动连接有多个滚子。本发明通过多种形式的减力机构,将较大的承载力逐级递减,适用于结构紧凑,能耗低,可快速复位,承载力大的场合。
