The invention discloses an electric wheel chock capable of automatically collecting wheel chock time. The wheel chock comprises a wheel chock body, a control system, trundles and a deicing fluid release device, the wheel chock body is a hollow triangular prism, and anti-skid rubber strips are arranged on the surfaces of the front baffle and the rear baffle. The control system comprises a stress sensor, an RFID signal transceiver, a controller, a motor, a power supply and an electric control valve; the deicing liquid releasing device comprises a liquid storage tank, a liquid discharging pipeline and a spray head. The anti-skid electric wheel chock has the advantages that the anti-skid rubber strip can be tightly attached to an airplane wheel after the electric wheel chock is stressed, and stress is scientific and reasonable; the recorded wheel chock time is more accurate through the full-automatic wheel chock loading and unloading process, and deviation caused by manual recording is avoided; the stress sensor can enable the blocking of the electric wheel chock to the airplane wheel to reach a proper threshold value, and is safe and controllable; in ice and snow weather, the electric wheel chock can release the deicing fluid to remove accumulated snow on the road surface during operation, so that the labor intensity of maintenance personnel can be reduced, the task response time can be effectively shortened, and the airport flight guarantee operation efficiency can be improved.

    一种能够自动采集轮挡时间的电动轮挡。其包括轮挡本体、控制系统、脚轮和除冰液释放装置;轮挡本体是空心三棱柱体,前挡板和后挡板表面设有防滑胶条;控制系统包括应力传感器、RFID信号收发器、控制器、电机、电源和电控阀门;除冰液释放装置包括储液罐、排液管路和喷头。本发明效果:防滑胶条能在电动轮挡受力后与机轮紧密贴合,受力科学合理;全自动的上轮挡、撤轮档过程使得记录的轮挡时间更加准确,避免了人工记录造成的偏差;应力传感器可使电动轮挡对机轮的阻拦达到一个合适的阈值,安全可控;冰雪天气下,电动轮挡在运行中可释放除冰液清除道面上积雪,可在减少机务人员劳动强度同时,有效减少任务反应时间,提高机场航班保障运行效率。
