The invention discloses a fuselage structure of a cross-medium aircraft. The fuselage structure comprises a fuselage body, two wings, a connecting assembly and two driving pieces corresponding to the two wings respectively. The fuselage body is provided with two wing containing grooves in the length direction of the fuselage body, and the two wing containing grooves are used for containing the two wings correspondingly. The fuselage body is movably connected with the two wings through the connecting assemblies, the driving pieces are fixedly connected to the fuselage body, and the output ends of the driving pieces are connected with the corresponding wings and used for driving the wings to be folded or unfolded. In the folded state, the wings are contained in the corresponding wing containing grooves and used for underwater navigation, and the fuselage body and the two wings are matched with each other to form a rotating body shape so as to be used for reducing water flow resistance. In the unfolded state, the wings are transversely unfolded relative to the fuselage body for air flight, and the wings and incoming air form a proper attack angle for providing lift force.
