The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to an unmanned aerial vehicle anti-collision device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle anti-collision device comprises an anti-collision assembly arranged at one end of a rotor wing mounting rod of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the anti-collision assembly comprises a buffer cylinder connected with one end of the mounting rod, a telescopic unit and at least two buffer units, one end of the telescopic unit extends into the buffer cylinder and is rotationally connected with the buffer cylinder, the at least two buffer units are arranged in the buffer cylinder in the circumferential direction of the buffer cylinder, a buffer cavity is defined between the at least two buffer units, the telescopic unit is arranged in the buffer cavity in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the telescopic unit extends out of the buffer cylinder; and the impact force borne by the telescopic unit is absorbed through the at least two buffer units. The problem that the unmanned aerial vehicle is damaged due to the fact that the unmanned aerial vehicle collides with the obstacle easily when the unmanned aerial vehicle is improperly operated is solved.

    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,具体为一种无人机防撞装置及无人机,包括设置于无人机的旋翼安装杆一端的防撞组件,防撞组件包括与安装杆一端相连接的内部具有空腔且一端开口的缓冲筒、伸缩单元以及至少两缓冲单元,伸缩单元的一端延伸至缓冲筒内且与缓冲筒转动连接,至少两缓冲单元沿缓冲筒的周向设置于缓冲筒内,且至少两缓冲单元之间围合形成有缓冲空腔,伸缩单元穿设于缓冲空腔内且另一端延伸至缓冲筒的外部,以通过至少两缓冲单元吸收伸缩单元所受的撞击力。解决了无人机操作不当时,无人机易与障碍物产生碰撞,造成无人机损坏的问题。
