The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft structures, and particularly relates to a negative Poisson's ratio deformable flexible grating for a flap or aileron gap. Comprising a first area, a second area and a third area which are sequentially connected, and the first area is a wing connecting area and used for being connected with a wing; the second area is a negative Poisson's ratio grid area, the second area comprises a plurality of unit cell structures which are regularly arranged, and each unit cell structure is composed of two hollow isosceles trapezoids with short edges in butt joint; the third area is a flap or aileron connecting area and is used for being connected with a flap or an aileron; the length of an integral structure formed by the first area, the second area and the third area is consistent with the length of a flap or aileron gap, and the width of the second area is consistent with the width of the flap or aileron gap. According to the invention, by utilizing the specific pulling and expanding characteristics of the negative Poisson's ratio deformable flexible grid, the problems of warping, shrinking and the like of the grid in the existing form in the deformation process are solved.
