By arranging the first supporting rod, a movable sleeve, a first positioning plate, a second spring, a second sliding rod, a third sliding rod, a piston and a third spring and arranging a through hole in a zigzag mode, the piston can buffer the upward moving force of the first supporting rod, so that the influence on a carriage when the frame jolts is reduced, and the stability of the frame is higher.
