The invention relates to the technical field of heavy truck transmission assemblies, in particular to a structure-adjustable steering column which comprises a transverse assembly shaft tube, an internal steering arm, a driving shaft rod, a control shaft rod and an auxiliary driving motor. According to the steering column with the adjustable structure, the inner assembling cavity with the built-in hydraulic linkage control mechanism is formed in the inner side face of the transverse assembling shaft pipe, and the hydraulic linkage control mechanism can automatically control the rear independent driving oil cylinder to drive in a linkage mode when the inner steering arm moves, so that rear wheels are synchronously controlled to steer; the transmission efficiency of the whole vehicle is greatly improved, and the turning radius of the whole vehicle is reduced; automatic pressure relief can be achieved through the electric control hydraulic regulating valve when the vehicle runs at a high speed, control is easy and convenient, and the safety of the vehicle running at the high speed is greatly improved; the safety and durability of the hydraulic oil cylinder in the operation process can be greatly improved, and the transmission efficiency of the steering column is improved.

    本发明涉及重型卡车传动组件技术领域,尤其是一种结构可调式转向管柱,包括横向装配轴管、内部转向臂、驱动轴杆、控制轴杆和辅助驱动电机。本发明的结构可调式转向管柱在横向装配轴管内侧面上开设有内置液压联动控制机构的内部装配腔室,通过液压联动控制机构可以在内部转向臂发生位移时自动联动控制后置式独立驱动油缸进行驱动,从而同步控制后轮产生转向,从而大大提升整个车辆的传动效率,降低整车转弯半径;通过电控液压调节阀可以在车辆高速行驶时自动泄压,控制简单方便,大大提升车辆高速行驶时的安全性;可以大大提升液压油缸在运行过程中的安全性与耐用性,提升转向管柱的传动效率。
