The system comprises an American standard charging pile EVSE, an electric vehicle communication controller EVCC, a charging conversion module CTU and a power battery pack assembly. The American standard charging pile EVSE performs fast charging data interaction with the electric vehicle communication controller EVCC through PLC power line carrier communication; charging data transmission is carried out between the electric vehicle communication controller EVCC and the charging conversion module CTU through an American standard charging communication protocol, and charging data transmission is carried out between the charging conversion module CTU and the power battery pack assembly through a national standard charging communication protocol. According to the national standard and American standard charging communication protocol conversion control system, a national standard power battery pack assembly replaces an American standard power battery pack assembly on an American standard electric automobile, fast charging can be carried out on an American standard charging pile, and the system has the advantages of being high in practicability and compatibility and low in cost.
