The invention relates to a vehicle communication fault judgment method and a vehicle driving safety control method. And reducing the current communication failure accumulated time length based on the second time length until the current communication failure accumulated time length reaches a preset time length, and judging that the motor controller and the vehicle control unit have a communication fault. According to the judgment method, the situation that the communication between the motor controller and the whole vehicle controller is discontinuous is not judged as the situation that no communication fault occurs between the motor controller and the whole vehicle controller, and the judgment precision of the communication fault between the motor controller and the whole vehicle controller is improved.
