The invention discloses an adjusting method and device for a transmission shaft intermediate support, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the up-down displacement of a rear drive axle, and converting the up-down displacement into a point coordinate on an input axis, a point coordinate on an output axis, a central point coordinate of a cross shaft of each universal joint, and an included angle between a plane of a driving fork of each universal joint and a vertical plane of an axis of a driving shaft; calculating the equivalent included angle of the current transmission shaft by using a formula; according to the set variable, the z-direction coordinate value in the transmission shaft intermediate support center point coordinate is changed for multiple times, and the changed transmission shaft system equivalent included angle is determined one by one according to the set variable; comparing a plurality of transmission shaft system equivalent included angles, and determining an optimal z-direction coordinate value; and adjusting the current position of the intermediate support of the transmission shaft according to the optimal z-direction coordinate value. The adjusting device comprises a hydraulic lifting module, a displacement sensor and a control module. According to the invention, the accuracy and flexibility of transmission shaft equivalent included angle adjustment control can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种用于传动轴中间支承的调节方法及调节装置,该方法包括:获取后驱动桥的上下位移量,并转换为输入轴线上点坐标、输出轴线上点坐标、各万向节十字轴中心点坐标以及各万向节主动叉平面与主动轴轴线竖直平面夹角;利用公式计算得出当前传动轴的当量夹角;根据设定的变量,多次改变传动轴中间支承中心点坐标中的z向坐标值,并根据设定的变量逐一确定变化后的传动轴系当量夹角;比对多个传动轴系当量夹角,确定最佳z向坐标值;根据最佳z向坐标值,调整当前传动轴中间支承的位置。该调节装置包括:液压升降模块、位移传感器以及控制模块。通过本申请,能够提高传动轴当量夹角调整控制的准确性和灵活性。
