    本发明公开了一种冷却模块新型减震垫,包括与地面接触的支撑垫、中部支撑块和设置于冷却模块内腔的连接筒,所述支撑垫的顶部固定连接有安装部,所述支撑垫和安装部的内腔均螺纹连接有与连接筒的内腔螺纹连接的连接螺栓,所述安装部的内腔固定连接有硬质骨架圈,本发明涉及汽车冷却模块技术领域。该冷却模块新型减震垫,通过支撑垫和中部支撑块的组合式支撑,有效提高了安装部径向的支撑强度,解决了现有散热器软垫容易被挤压变形,磨损开裂等问题,能明显提升散热器支撑软垫的可靠性,并兼顾整车NVH性能,当冷却模块运动时,通过延伸板限制移动距离,可以防止结构相互之间产生径向间隙,沿轴向产生较大的位移产生崩裂。
