The present disclosure relates to an impact absorbing structure. A vehicle knee pad to which an impact absorbing structure according to the present invention is applied includes a blow molded body attached to an instrument panel reinforcement of a vehicle via a bracket. When a collision occurs in the vehicle, the blow molded body is plastically deformed by being compressed between the bracket and the knee of the occupant. The blow-molded body has an orifice (vent hole) through which air inside the blow-molded body is discharged to the outside when the internal pressure of the blow-molded body increases due to compression.
