The invention relates to the technical field of commercial vehicle suspension systems, and provides a front composite air suspension system which comprises a vehicle frame, a front extending beam, a steel plate spring, a steel plate spring front support, a steel plate spring rear support, a steel plate spring connecting plate, an air spring, an air spring upper support, an air spring lower support, a pressing plate, a U-shaped bolt, a shock absorber, a shock absorber upper support, a shock absorber lower support and a steering shaft. A composite structure of four air springs and two leaf springs is adopted, the problems that a transverse thrust rod of a traditional front air suspension interferes and the ground clearance of a steering pull rod is small are solved, unsprung mass is reduced, applicable vehicle types are expanded, the structure is simple, and by reasonably distributing vertical load distribution, good system performance can be obtained; the height of the suspension can be adjusted through control of a height valve or an ECAS system, wind resistance and fuel consumption are reduced by setting the small height of the suspension on a good road surface, and economic benefits are increased for users.

    本发明涉及商用车悬架系统的技术领域,提供了一种前复合空气悬架系统,包括车架、前伸梁、钢板弹簧、钢板弹簧前、后支架、钢板弹簧连接板、空气弹簧、空气弹簧上、下支架、压板、U型螺栓、减振器、减振器上、下支架、转向轴,采用4个空气弹簧与2片式钢板弹簧复合结构,避免传统前空气悬架横向推力杆干涉问题、转向拉杆离地间隙较小问题,减小簧下质量,扩展适用车型,结构简单,通过合理分配垂向载荷分布,能够获得较好的系统性能,适用高度阀或者ECAS系统控制实现悬架高度可调,通过在良好路面设定较小的悬架高度,来减小风阻及燃油消耗,为用户增加经济效益。
