The cable arrangement motor works to realize the work of the cable arrangement lead screw, so that the mounting frame, the steering wheels and the cable guide wheel can be driven to move, a cable passes through the two steering wheels and is wound on the winding drum through the cable guide wheel and the pressing wheel, the speed reduction motor works to realize winding or unwinding of the winding drum, the cable can be tightly and orderly wound on the winding drum through winding, and the winding speed of the winding drum is increased. The winch frame is provided with the cable storage winding drum transmission shaft and the locking sleeve, the structure is simple, and the winch is suitable for cable storage winding drums of various specifications provided by the first party.

    本发明公开了海洋浮标自动布放回收绞车,包括绞车架,所述绞车架上安装有排缆电机,所述绞车架上安装有与排缆电机输出端相连接的排缆电机减速箱,所述排缆电机减速箱上安装有增量式编码器,所述绞车架上安装有两个限位开关,所述限位开关位于绞车架的两端内侧设置,所述绞车架上安装有与排缆电机减速箱相连接的排缆丝杆。本发明排缆电机工作实现排缆丝杆工作,从而可以驱动安装架、转向轮、导缆轮移动,则缆绳通过两个转向轮之间经过导缆轮和压轮缠绕在卷筒上,减速电机工作可以实现卷筒的收卷或放卷,收卷可以使缆绳紧密有序的绕在卷筒上,则放卷会有序的进行,绞车架配备储缆卷筒传动轴及锁紧套,结构简单,适应与甲方提供的多种规格的储缆卷筒。
