According to the linear motor, the two-polarity permanent magnets are adopted as magnetic sources in the permanent magnet motor, the rotor iron cores corresponding to the two-polarity permanent magnets are arranged at the same time, and the rotor iron cores arranged on the outer side form a complete motor magnetic circuit, so that the linear motor is simple in structure, the cost is reduced, and the reliability of the linear motor is improved. And the air gap between the excitation coil and the rotor core can be effectively shortened, so that the magnetic circuit formed in the motor is complete, the magnetic circuit is tight, the flux leakage is less, only two binding posts need to be assembled, the electromagnetic energy utilization rate of the motor is high after the eddy current loss is reduced, and the machine capability is improved and the machine cost is reduced due to the reduction of the whole machine weight.

    本发明公开了一种永磁电动绞盘,旨在解决现有电动绞盘上的电机体积大,结构复杂、成本高,需要装配四根接线柱的问题。其技术方案要点是:永磁电机包括有两极性永磁定子、转子、激磁线圈、正极激磁线圈接线柱、负极激磁线圈接线柱。本发明通过在永磁电机中采用两极性永磁体作为磁源,并同时设置有与两极性永磁体相对应的转子铁芯,让设置于外侧的转子铁芯相互间构成完整的电机磁路,使得本直线电机结构简单,成本得到降低,并且激磁线圈和转子铁芯之间的气隙也能够有效缩短,则电机中形成的磁回路完整的同时,磁路紧密漏磁少,仅需装配两根接线柱,降低涡流损耗后使电机电磁能利用率高,减少整体机器重量导致提高机器能力且降低机器的成本。
