The invention discloses an anti-swing hoisting device for a coil pipe material frame and a working method of the anti-swing hoisting device. The anti-swing hoisting device for the coil pipe material frame comprises a hoisting module, a first steel wire rope, an anti-swing telescopic cylinder module, a second steel wire rope and a top anti-swing module, the hoisting module is fixed to the bottom of the first steel wire rope. A plurality of pull rope anti-swing assemblies are mounted in the anti-swing telescopic cylinder module; the pull rope anti-swing assembly comprises a limiting ring and a plurality of shock absorbers. One end of each shock absorber is connected with the inner side wall of the telescopic cylinder on the innermost side; the other end of each shock absorber is connected with the limiting ring; the first steel wire rope penetrates through a center hole of the limiting ring. The top anti-swing module comprises an upper fixing plate and a lower contact plate which are arranged up and down at an interval; by means of mutual cooperation of the anti-swing telescopic cylinder module and the top anti-swing module, the stability of the coil pipe material frame in the whole carrying process can be remarkably improved, the problem of shaking of the coil pipe material frame in the carrying process is solved in an all-around mode, accurate positioning of a crane is facilitated, and safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种盘管料框防摇摆吊取装置及其工作方法。该盘管料框防摇摆吊取装置,包括吊取模块、第一钢丝绳、防摆伸缩筒模块、第二钢丝绳和顶部防摆模块;吊取模块固定在第一钢丝绳的底部。若干个拉绳防摆组件安装在防摆伸缩筒模块内部;拉绳防摆组件包括限位环和多个减震器;各减震器的一端均与最内侧的伸缩筒的内侧壁连接;各减震器的另一端均与限位环连接;第一钢丝绳穿过限位环的中心孔。所述的顶部防摆模块包括上下间隔设置的上固定板和下接触板;利用防摆伸缩筒模块与顶部防摆模块相互配合,本发明能够显著提高盘管料框在整个搬运过程中稳定的稳定性,全方位地解决盘管料框搬运过程中的摇晃问题,利于起重机的精确定位,增加安全性。
