The stepping motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate to drive the suspension rod to rotate so as to drive the rotating disc to rotate to adjust the spraying horizontal angle of the nozzle, the sliding block is pushed out through the electric push rod, the sliding block slides to extrude and push one end of the nozzle, the nozzle rotates around the rotating pin, and therefore angle adjustment of the nozzle in the vertical direction is achieved. The monitoring camera is arranged to monitor the external environment in the flight direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle, meanwhile, the spraying operation of the spray head is conveniently monitored, and meanwhile, the transparent baffle is additionally arranged on the front side of the monitoring camera so that sprayed paint can be prevented from being blown to the monitoring camera by wind; and the swinging motor drives the swinging brush to scrape the coating on the front side of the transparent baffle.
本发明提供一种建筑工程管理用无人机装置,包括无人机主体、储液箱、动力单元、起落架、步进电机、转轴、悬吊杆、转动盘、喷头、转动销、电推杆、滑动块、监控摄像头、进液泵、出液泵、收放电机和收放轮。本发明步进电机驱动转轴转动带动悬吊杆转动从而带动转动盘转动以调节喷头的喷射水平角度,通过电推杆推出滑动块使得滑动块滑动挤推喷头的一端使得喷头围绕转动销进行转动从而实现喷头垂直方向上的角度调节,通过设置监控摄像头对无人机的飞行方向外部环境进行监控,同时便于对喷头的喷涂作业进行监控,同时在监控摄像头前侧增设透明挡板以避免喷涂的涂料被风吹到监控摄像头上,通过摆动电机驱动摆动刷对透明挡板前侧涂料进行刮除。
