The civil aviation airport anti-scratch system comprises a decision-making server, a 360-degree looking-around unit, a laser radar detection unit, a long-wave infrared detection unit, an inertial navigation processing unit, an image processing unit, an alarm system and the like. The 360-degree looking-around unit is connected with the decision-making server and is used for realizing 360-degree scene video monitoring; the laser radar detection unit is connected with the decision server and is used for identifying a target object made of a special material; the long-wave infrared detection unit is connected with the decision server; the image processing unit is connected with the decision server; the inertial navigation processing unit is connected with the decision server; the alarm system is connected with the decision server; and the display control operation interface is connected with the decision server. According to the invention, under various weather conditions, the surrounding road condition information in the driving process of the tractor and the aircraft can be monitored in real time, and the effect of effectively preventing the scraping accident of the civil aviation airport is achieved.
