The invention discloses a low-conservative hybrid electric vehicle optimization design method considering drivability. The low-conservative hybrid electric vehicle optimization design method comprises the following steps that a whole vehicle longitudinal dynamic model is established according to a target hybrid electric vehicle configuration and selected design parameters; constructing a drivability predictor based on maximum control in combination with the target hybrid electric vehicle configuration; aiming at a given cycle working condition, solving the drivability of the hybrid electric vehicle under the design parameters; constructing a global optimal energy management control algorithm; a global optimal energy management control algorithm is solved under the reachable working condition, and the optimal fuel economy is obtained; and according to the drivability and the optimal fuel economy, evaluating a feasible solution of the design parameters. According to the method, the parameter evaluation process of the hybrid electric vehicle under the global optimal energy management is optimized, the defect of a backward simulation method applying the global optimal energy management in design parameter discrimination is overcome by introducing the drivability predictor, and the conservative property of parameter design of the hybrid electric vehicle, especially a heavy-load hybrid electric vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开一种考虑驾驶性的低保守性混合动力汽车优化设计方法,包括以下步骤:根据目标混合动力汽车构型和选定的设计参数建立整车纵向动力学模型;结合目标混合动力汽车构型,并基于最大化控制构建驾驶性预估器;针对给定的循环工况,求解在设计参数下的混合动力汽车的驾驶性;构建全局最优能量管理控制算法;在可达工况下求解全局最优能量管理控制算法,得到最佳燃油经济性;根据驾驶性与最佳燃油经济性,评估设计参数的可行解。本发明优化了全局最优能量管理下混合动力汽车的参数评估过程,通过引入驾驶性预估器解决了应用全局最优能量管理的后向仿真方法在设计参数甄别上的不足,降低了混合动力汽车尤其是重载混合动力汽车参数设计的保守性。
