The invention discloses an automobile brake-by-wire system and a control method, and the system comprises a brake assembly which comprises a hydraulic source with a motor, a liquid storage tank and first to fourth brake wheel cylinders which are correspondingly arranged; a brake pedal; the pedal travel sensor is used for collecting the actual opening degree of a brake pedal; the at least one pressure sensor is used for collecting the actual brake pressure of at least one brake wheel cylinder in the first to fourth brake wheel cylinders; the control assembly is used for recognizing the current braking intention of the driver according to the actual opening degree, determining the target hydraulic pressure based on the current braking intention, controlling the braking assembly to execute the corresponding braking action according to the target hydraulic pressure and driving the pressure adjusting valve to correct the braking action based on the actual braking pressure. Therefore, the technical problems that in the prior art, the control freedom degree is low, the requirement for long-time active braking cannot be met, a hydraulic system is delayed, pressure control is inevitable delayed, and then the control effect is affected are solved.
本申请公开了一种汽车的线控制动系统及控制方法,其中,系统包括:制动组件,制动组件包括具有电机的液压源、储液罐及相应设置的第一至第四制动轮缸;制动踏板;踏板行程传感器,用于采集制动踏板的实际开度;至少一个压力传感器,用于采集第一至第四制动轮缸中的至少一个制动轮缸的实际制动压力;控制组件,用于由实际开度识别驾驶员的当前制动意图,并基于当前制动意图确定目标液压压力,并根据目标液压压力控制制动组件执行对应的制动动作,以及基于实际制动压力驱动压力调节阀矫正制动动作。由此,解决了相关技术中控制自由度低,不能满足长时间主动制动的需求,且液压系统存在迟滞,压力控制存在不可避免的延迟,进而影响控制效果等技术问题。
