The composite material hub comprises a rim, a spoke, a wheel core and a hub mold, the spoke is provided with an anti-falling plate, during preparation, the spoke and the wheel core are pre-formed, then continuous fibers are wound on the anti-falling plate, then resin is injected at high pressure, the anti-falling plate is embedded in the rim, and the composite material hub is obtained. The invention further provides a compression molding method of the hub, high-pressure injection of resin under vacuum is achieved through a spoke groove, a sealing gasket, a positioning mold and the like, and the quality and precision of the hub are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种复合材料轮毂及其模压成型方法,包括轮辋、轮辐、轮芯和轮毂模具,轮辐上设有防脱板,制备时先将轮辐和轮芯预成型,再将连续纤维缠绕在防脱板上,然后再高压注入树脂,使防脱板镶嵌在轮辋中,达到轮辋与轮辐的良好结合,避免脱落,其结合强度远大于化学或机械结合,同时还提供了本轮毂的模压成型方法,通过轮辐槽、密封垫和定位模等,实现树脂在真空下的高压注射,保证轮毂的质量及精度。
