The modularized fuel cell system comprises an electric pile, an air system module, a hydrogen system module, a control system module and a heat dissipation system module, the electric pile comprises an air path, a hydrogen path, a cooling path and a control path which are respectively provided with interfaces, the electric pile is provided with at least four outer side surfaces, the interfaces are distributed on different outer side surfaces, and the outer side surfaces where the interfaces of the air path and the cooling path are located are adjacent; each module is communicated with the corresponding interface and is distributed on the corresponding outer side surface; according to the invention, each module is modularly arranged, so that in the integrated layout process of the whole vehicle, the space is more intensive, the length of a pipeline between parts is reduced, and the connection is more compact, orderly and efficient; and meanwhile, according to the principle of proximity, the length of the pipeline is reduced, the functional requirement is met, and the requirement for integration is met.
