The invention relates to a spacecraft electrical interface docking test system, and belongs to the technical field of spacecraft rendezvous and docking test. The testing system comprises a guide rail, a turntable and a fixing frame, the turntable comprises a seat body and a rotating body, the seat body is in guide movement fit with the guide rail, the rotating axis of the rotating body extends up and down, and the fixing frame is supported and fixed on the rotating body; the fixing frame is provided with an electrical interface, and the axis of the electrical interface perpendicularly intersects with the rotating axis of the rotating body. The test system further comprises a targeting interface, and the targeting interface is arranged in the translation direction of the rotating disc so as to be in rendezvous butt joint with the electrical interface. And a detection loop is connected between the target interface and the electrical interface and comprises a power supply, a voltmeter for measuring voltages at two ends of the interface and an ampere meter for measuring current in the detection loop. According to the invention, the rendezvous and docking process of spacecrafts can be simulated, and the system temperature rise condition, the transmission characteristic, the docking dynamic process, the vibration characteristic of the fixing frame, the insertion and extraction force, the error angle and the like in the docking process of the electrical interfaces of the spacecrafts can be detected.

    本发明涉及一种航天器电气接口对接测试系统,属于航天器交会对接测试技术领域。测试系统包括导轨、转盘和固定架,转盘包括座体和转动体,座体与导轨导向移动配合,转动体的转动轴线上下延伸,固定架支撑并固定在转动体上;固定架上设有电气接口,电气接口的轴线与转动体的转动轴线垂直相交;测试系统还包括靶向接口,靶向接口设在转盘的平移方向上以与电气接口交会对接;靶向接口和电气接口之间连接有检测回路,检测回路包括电源、测量接口两端电压的电压表和测量检测回路中电流的电流表。本发明能够模拟航天器交会对接的过程,对航天器电气接口对接过程中的系统温升情况、传输特性、对接动态过程、固定架振动特性、插拔力、误差角度等进行检测。
