The invention belongs to the field of aircrafts, and discloses a deformable and flexible deformable wing aircraft which is more stable in the flying process through simple structural arrangement, the deformable and flexible deformable wing aircraft comprises a base frame, a lifting mechanism and a steering mechanism, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting driving unit and two lifting wing units which are oppositely arranged, and the lifting wing units are arranged on the base frame. The lifting driving unit is arranged on the base frame, and the lifting wing unit is arranged on the lifting driving unit; the steering mechanism comprises a steering driving unit and a steering wing, the steering driving unit is arranged on the base frame, and the steering wing is arranged on the steering driving unit; the lifting wing unit comprises a lifting main wing and a deformable sub-wing which are movably connected with each other, the deformable sub-wing comprises a wing rib twisting assembly and a deformable wing rib, the deformable wing rib comprises an in-hole linkage rod, and the wing rib twisting assembly is used for driving the in-hole linkage rod to swing up and down relative to the lifting main wing, so that the deformable sub-wing generates attack angle change.
