    本发明提出了一种浅水条件下漂浮式新能源发电装置用系泊系统,属于系泊系统的技术领域。本发明包括系泊缆索、阻尼器、配重块和浮筒,系泊缆索的一端连接有海面上的漂浮式新能源发电装置,另一端连接有海底上的锚点,靠近漂浮式新能源发电装置的一段为悬浮段,靠近锚点的一段为躺底段,躺底段的长度为悬浮段的长度的3‑6倍;阻尼器至少为一个并设置于悬浮段上;配重块为一个设置于悬浮段上并位于阻尼器的下方;浮筒为等间距排列的多个并设置于躺底段上。本发明提高了系泊缆索的柔性,减小了系泊缆索的刚度,为漂浮式新能源发电装置提供了足够的回复力,有效约束其在水平方向上的水面偏移幅度,特别适用于浅水条件下的漂浮式新能源发电装置。
