The invention discloses an automobile brake system based on parallel brake master cylinders and a working method thereof, and the automobile brake system comprises a pedal pressure building unit which is used for identifying the brake intention of a driver, carrying out brake boosting in the automobile brake process, and transmitting hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic brake unit to complete brake-by-wire; the oil pot is used for providing hydraulic oil for the whole system; and the hydraulic braking unit is used for distributing the oil pressure of the hydraulic pipelines of the four wheel cylinders so as to brake the wheel cylinders of the four wheels. According to the Pascal's law, the brake master cylinder is divided into the cavity A and the cavity B which are connected in parallel, and the force borne by the piston A and the piston B is larger than the force provided by the master piston, so that the acting force of a driver on a pedal can be greatly reduced, and the braking process is more labor-saving. The double-cylinder tandem type brake master cylinder is simple in structure, low in cost and good in brake effect, and aims to overcome the defect that an existing double-cylinder tandem type brake master cylinder provides small hydraulic pressure.

    本发明公开一种基于并联制动主缸的汽车制动系统及其工作方法,包括,踏板建压单元,其用于识别驾驶员制动意图,在车辆制动过程中进行制动助力,并将液压力传送至液压制动单元,完成线控制动;油壶,其用于为整个系统提供液压油;液压制动单元,其用于对四个轮缸液压管路的油压进行分配,实现对四个车轮轮缸的制动。根据帕斯卡定律,将制动主缸分成并联的A腔和B腔,利用A活塞和B活塞上受到的力将大于主活塞所提供的力,从而可以大大减轻驾驶员对踏板的作用力,使制动过程更加省力。本发明结构简单,成本低,制动效果佳,旨在解决现有的双缸串联式制动主缸提供液压力较小的缺陷。
