The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel power system for a telescopic boom forklift and a control method, and belongs to the intelligent control technology of special engineering machinery. An electric pile is mounted in the box body and is connected with a gas-electricity system controller; the input end of the galvanic pile is connected with an air subsystem and a hydrogen supply subsystem, and the output end of the galvanic pile is connected with a voltage-stabilizing DC/DC module; the voltage-stabilizing DC/DC module is connected with a lithium battery, and the lithium battery and the voltage-stabilizing DC/DC module are respectively connected to the gas-electricity system controller; the gas-electricity system controller is connected with the walking and working control system; the lithium battery is connected with a vehicle-mounted charger; and a heat dissipation system is also arranged in the box body. According to the invention, the lithium battery provides a power supply required when the hydrogen fuel power system is started and supplements the instantaneous insufficient power of the fuel battery when the whole vehicle is loaded, so that the requirements of a 1.5-3.5 T telescopic arm forklift are met; the lithium battery is used in cooperation with the vehicle-mounted charger, the problem that a hydrogen fuel power system cannot be normally started is solved, the working efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and pollution is avoided.

    本发明公布一种伸缩臂叉车用氢燃料动力系统及控制方法,属于特种工程机械智能控制技术。箱体中安装有电堆,电堆连接有燃电系统控制器;电堆输入端连接有空气子系统和供氢子系统,电堆输出端连接有稳压DC/DC模块;稳压DC/DC模块连接有锂电池,锂电池和稳压DC/DC模块分别连接至燃电系统控制器;燃电系统控制器连接行走及工作控制系统;锂电池连接有车载充电机;箱体中还安装有散热系统。本发明由锂电池提供氢燃料动力系统开机时需要的电源以及并补充整车在加载时燃料电池瞬时不足的功率,满足1.5T‑3.5T的伸缩臂叉车需求;锂电池搭配车载充电机使用,避免氢燃料动力系统无法正常启动的问题,提高了整车工作效率且没有污染。
