The aerodynamic element (1) comprises at least one first fixed aerodynamic part (2) comprising a wing box part (3) which is at least partially covered by a plate (6A) having an end part (7A), one first aerodynamic part (13) comprises an end portion (7A) of the plate (6A), and one second aerodynamic part (13) comprises an outer peripheral surface (14) having an end portion (15A) and at least one retaining element (8A) provided with a shoulder, which together with the end portion (7A) of the plate (6A) forms a groove in which the end portion (15A) of the outer peripheral surface (14) is received such that the outer peripheral surface (14) and the plate (6A) form a joint having a rising profile. The presence of the grooves enables a continuously rising joint to be obtained, facilitating laminar airflow on the upper surface (1C) of the aerodynamic element (1).
