The invention relates to the field of hydraulic devices, in particular to a high-pressure large-flow hydraulic device. A first spiral groove and a second spiral groove are formed in the inner circumferential wall of the driving barrel, the jacking column is installed on the support in an up-and-down sliding mode and inserted into the driving barrel, the jacking column slides upwards to be used for jacking a heavy object, and the second protruding block is arranged on the circumferential wall of the jacking column in an up-and-down sliding mode; the auxiliary protruding block can be telescopically inserted into the jacking column in the radial direction of the jacking column, and the hydraulic driving shaft assembly is used for driving the driving barrel to rotate in the first rotating direction when the heavy object is lifted and driving the driving barrel to rotate in the second rotating direction when the heavy object is descended. The adjusting assembly enables the auxiliary protruding block to stretch out and be inserted into the first spiral groove, then the first protruding block is located in the first spiral groove, the heavy object descends to the preset height, the descending speed of the jacking column needs to be reduced till the heavy object stably falls back to the initial position, and the lifting efficiency is improved while the stability during heavy object lifting is improved.

    本发明涉及液压装置领域,具体涉及高压大流量液压装置。驱动桶内周壁上设有第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽,顶压柱可上下滑动地安装在支架上且插装在驱动桶内,顶压柱向上滑动用于将重物顶起,第二凸块可上下滑动地设置在顶压柱的周壁上,辅助凸块可沿顶压柱径向方向可伸缩地插装在顶压柱上,液压驱动轴组件用于在抬升重物时带动驱动桶以第一转动方向转动,在下降重物时带动驱动桶以第二转动方向转动。调节组件致使辅助凸块伸出插入第一螺旋槽内,进而使第一凸块位于第一螺旋槽内,进而使重物下降至预设高度,需要降低顶压柱的下降速度直至使重物平稳回落至初始位置,在增加抬升重物时的稳定性的同时提高抬升效率。
