Comprising a controller (1), a first control valve (2), a temperature sensor (3), a first rotating speed sensor (4), an engine (5), a hydraulic pump (6), an oil tank (7), an oil dispersing motor (8), a first hydraulic motor (9), a first switching valve (10), a first overflow valve (11), a second hydraulic motor (12), a second switching valve (13), a hydraulic pump (14), an energy accumulator (15), a reversing valve (16), a one-way valve (17), a second overflow valve (18), an oil supplementing pump (19), a proportional pressure reducing valve (20), a third hydraulic motor (21), a first pressure sensor (22), a fourth hydraulic motor (23) and a hoisting mechanism (24). By means of a rotating speed sensor II (25), a control valve II (26), a pressure sensor II (27) and an overflow oil supplementing valve (28), the intelligent level and the transmission efficiency can be effectively improved, and the heat dissipation efficiency can be effectively improved.
