The invention discloses a power supply and protection scheme for an electric split-phase neutral section of an electrified railway. In a cut-through power supply mode of an electrified railway, when one side of an electric split-phase breaks down and a train is driven into the other side, overvoltage or short circuit of a pantograph net may occur. A locomotive monitoring device is arranged in an electric split-phase range or beside a track, and a protection measurement and control device is arranged in a substation; a feeder line is led out from the same-phase bus of the substation to supply power to an electric split-phase neutral section and power supply arms on two sides; voltage transformers are arranged on feeder lines of the power supply arms on two sides; the protection measurement and control device collects the operation condition of a locomotive and information of voltage transformers of feeder loops on the two sides through a locomotive monitoring device, and when the voltage transformer on one side has voltage, the voltage transformer on the other side has no voltage and is not broken, and meanwhile the locomotive drives into a split phase, a neutral section feeder circuit breaker trips. According to the invention, when the contact network is short-circuited, the position of the locomotive is accurately obtained, the optimal tripping opportunity is determined, and the occurrence of pantograph-catenary overvoltage is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电气化铁道电分相中性段供电及保护方案。电气化铁道贯通供电方式下,电分相一侧故障,另一侧驶入列车时,可能出现弓网过电压或短路情况。本发明在电分相范围内或轨道旁设置机车监测装置,变电所内设保护测控装置;变电所同一相母线引出馈线,为电分相中性段及两侧供电臂供电;两侧供电臂馈线设置电压互感器;保护测控装置利用机车监测装置采集机车运行情况,及两侧馈线回路电压互感器信息,当一侧电压互感器有压,而另一侧电压互感器无压且非断线故障,同时有机车驶入分相时,则使中性段馈线断路器跳闸。本发明使接触网短路时,通过准确获取机车位置,确定最佳跳闸时机,避免弓网过电压的发生。
