The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles, and discloses a charging/battery replacing prompting method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that when a vehicle runs, the battery electric quantity state of the vehicle is determined according to charging and discharging data of the vehicle; determining the driving mileage of the vehicle according to the battery electric quantity state of the vehicle and the current vehicle condition of the vehicle; determining a target charging/battery swap station according to the travelable mileage and the current position of the vehicle; and when the travelable mileage is smaller than a preset travelable mileage, generating charging/battery swap prompt information based on the target charging/battery swap station, and displaying the charging/battery swap prompt information. Through the mode, whether the electric quantity of the vehicle is sufficient or not can be judged in time, and when the electric quantity is insufficient, the charging/battery replacing prompt information is displayed, so that the vehicle is prevented from breaking down, and psychological fear of a user is overcome.
