The invention relates to a softwood foot pad which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of softwood particles, 20-30 parts of polyurethane foaming glue, 15-20 parts of an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foaming material, 8-12 parts of an antibacterial agent, 5-10 parts of a catalyst and 25-30 parts of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rubber particles. According to the softwood foot pad and the preparation method thereof, the softwood particles and the polyurethane foaming glue are arranged to manufacture the base layer of the foot pad, the toughness of the foot pad can be improved, the polyurethane foaming glue obtained by mixing MDI and polycarbonate diol has adsorption degradability, the environmental protection performance of the material is improved, and the materials are low-cost materials; meanwhile, the EVA foaming material is utilized, so that the foot pad has the advantages of heat insulation, high elasticity, gas defense, moisture prevention and the like, and an antibacterial agent prepared from DCOIT, a zinc-loaded antibacterial agent and silver-loaded zirconium phosphate and a catalyst prepared from CeO2 and La2O3 are used in the EVA foaming material, so that the antibacterial and anti-mildew effects of the EVA foaming material can be effectively improved; the use effect and the service life of the foot pad can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种软木脚垫,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:软木粒子25‑40份、聚氨酯发泡胶水20‑30份、EVA发泡材料15‑20份、抗菌剂8‑12份、催化剂5‑10份和PVC橡胶颗粒25‑30份。该软木脚垫及其制备方法,通过设置软木粒子和聚氨酯发泡胶水制作脚垫的基层,可以提高脚垫的韧性,并且使用MDI和聚碳酸酯二元醇混合得到的聚氨酯发泡胶水具有吸附可降解性,提高材料的环保性能,且都是低成本的材料,进而增加鞋垫的性价比,同时,利用EVA发泡材料,可以使脚垫具有隔热、高弹性、防毒和防潮等优点,又在EVA发泡材料中使用DCOIT、载锌抗菌剂和载银磷酸锆制得的抗菌剂和CeO2和La2O3制得的催化剂,可以有效提高EVA发泡材料的抗菌抗霉效果,进而可以提高脚垫的使用效果和使用寿命。
