The three-phase energy storage charging inverter comprises a charging unit and an inversion unit, the input end of the charging unit can be electrically connected with a power grid and the output end of the refrigeration generator, the output end of the charging unit can be electrically connected with the battery pack and the refrigeration unit, and the output end of the battery pack is electrically connected with the inversion unit. The output end of the inverter unit is electrically connected with the refrigerating unit, and the output end of the refrigerating generator is electrically connected with the refrigerating unit. According to the refrigerating system, two power supply modes for the refrigerating unit are set, so that the fuel consumption can be effectively reduced, and the transportation time of the cold chain transport vehicle is prolonged. The invention further provides the cold chain transport vehicle, the cold chain transport vehicle comprises a cab, a refrigeration house and the refrigerating system, and the cold chain transport vehicle can save energy and reduce emission and has longer transport time.
