The rigidity ratio of the rigid petals to the flexible petals is (10-6): 1, the circumferential angle ratio of the rigid petals to the flexible petals is 0.1: 1, and the sectioning number of the rigid petals and the flexible petals is 1: 9. During folding, the inner layer shrinks inwards until the outer layer tightly covers the surface due to the pressure difference inside and outside the cabin body, so that the volume is reduced. A bionic folding mode is adopted, the structure is simple, damage to materials is reduced in the folding process, the cabin body can be repeatedly folded and inflated, the size can be controlled when the cabin body is inflated and unfolded, and the device is suitable for cabin bodies with different shapes.
本发明提供了一种仿生可折叠柔性太空舱及其工作方法,太空舱包括由柔性内层和刚性外层组成的分瓣式椭球体,其中,外层间隔覆均匀盖于内层上,向内挤压时内层向内径向折叠,外层合拢。刚性瓣与柔性瓣刚度比为10‑6:1,刚性瓣与柔性瓣所占圆周角度比为0.1:1,刚性瓣与柔性瓣分瓣数1:9。折叠时,由于舱体内外压强差使内层向内收缩至外层紧密覆盖于表面使体积减小。本发明采用仿生折叠方式,结构简单,折叠过程减少了对材料的损伤,并且能够对舱体进行重复折叠与充气,且充气展开时体积可控制,适用于不同外形舱体。
