According to the unmanned vehicle control method and device, a cloud stores massive regional maps, the cloud completes vehicle end positioning according to vehicle position information, moreover, path planning and driving control instruction generation are completed by the cloud, the vehicle end only provides related collection data, and the vehicle end is not required to be subjected to path planning and driving control instruction generation. According to the invention, the vehicle end can complete the function of unmanned valet parking or intelligent calling under the condition that the vehicle end has no parking lot or the map of some areas is missing, so that the vehicle end can be prevented from downloading a large number of area maps and consuming traffic, and the traffic cost of the vehicle end is greatly saved; and meanwhile, the situation that the use of a user is influenced due to the fact that the network is possibly unstable at some places and the vehicle side downloads the map very slowly can be avoided.

    本发明的目的是提供一种无人驾驶车辆的控制方法及设备,由云端存储海量的区域地图,云端根据车辆位置信息完成车辆端定位,而且,路径规划和行驶控制指令的生成由云端完成,车辆端仅仅提供相关的采集数据,可以实现车辆端无停车场或者某些区域的地图缺失的情况下,车辆端还能完成车辆无人代客泊车或者智能召唤功能,可以避免车辆端下载大量的区域地图,消耗流量,大大节省了车辆端的流量费用;同时也可以避免由于在某些地方网络可能存在不稳定,车辆端下载地图会非常慢,影响用户的使用的情况。
