The reverse torque is applied to the motor by utilizing the electrical characteristics of the motor, the kinetic energy of the vehicle is converted into the electric energy, the speed reduction function of the heavy mine vehicle can be realized, and the converted energy is consumed through the brake resistor. The heat dissipation fan of the brake resistor adopts the alternating-current motor, an alternating-current motor controller is integrated in the brake resistor, energy is provided by resistor end voltage during braking, normal operation of the heat dissipation fan is guaranteed, meanwhile, the rotating speed and the angle of the fan can be adjusted according to working conditions, and therefore control over the heat dissipation air volume is achieved.
