A fluid conduit includes a flexible fluid hose having a first end configured to be removably coupled to a valve stem of a tire and a second end configured to be removably coupled to a rotary joint of a tire inflation system and configured to convey fluid between the first end and the second end, the second end is further configured to be removably coupled to at least one of an inflation manifold, a hose support block and a support bracket; and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor disposed at the second end to detect a fluid pressure in the fluid hose.
