According to the invention, the GPS signal transmitting unit obtains positioning information, the marine topography simulation unit simulates the surrounding environment of a ship, the marine topography simulation unit transmits the simulated information to the ship signal receiving unit, and the ship signal receiving unit transmits the information to the ship bottom submerged reef detection unit. The ship bottom submerged reef detection unit detects submerged reefs at the bottom end of the ship and transmits detection information to the ship running simulation unit to calculate whether the situation of strike occurs or not, the ship positioning function is improved, and the risk of strike is reduced.
