The invention discloses an arm raising method of an ultra-long arm support and a crane, the arm raising method of the ultra-long arm support comprises the following steps: splitting a flat truss arm so that the truss arm is constructed into a first part and a second part which are split but connected with each other, the first part can be supported on the ground, and the second part can be supported on the ground; the second part is used for being connected with a main arm assembly; the main arm assembly is driven by the variable-amplitude oil cylinder, so that the main arm assembly is lifted to a certain angle, and the first part is supported on the ground so as to reduce the stress of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder; pulling force is provided through the super-lifting mechanism, so that the first part rotates relative to the second part until the split positions of the first part and the second part abut against each other, the split positions of the first part and the second part are connected, and arm lifting work is completed. According to the invention, the stress of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder can be optimized, the maximum thrust of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder can be reduced under the same arm length, and on the premise that the specification of the oil cylinder is not increased, the lifting of the arm under the long-arm working condition can be completed without an auxiliary crane.

    本发明公开了一种超长臂架起臂方法及起重机,所述超长臂架的起臂方法包括如下步骤:将趴平的桁架臂进行拆分,以使桁架臂被构造成被拆分但相互连接的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分能够支撑于地面上,所述第二部分用以与主臂总成连接;通过变幅油缸驱动主臂总成,使主臂总成被起到一定角度,第一部分支撑于地面,以减小变幅油缸受力;通过超起机构提供拉力,使第一部分相对第二部分转动,直到第一部分与第二部分的拆分处相抵接,将第一部分与第二部分拆分处进行连接,完成起臂工作。本发明能够使得变幅油缸的受力得以优化,在同样臂长下,能够降低变幅油缸的最大推力,在不增加油缸规格的前提下,不需要辅助起重机即可完成长臂工况的起落臂。
