The invention relates to an anti-swing control method in movement of a crane, which is characterized in that acceleration starting and deceleration stopping are respectively divided into three stages through a built-in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and the PLC sends a speed instruction to control a frequency converter so that stepless speed regulation of the crane is realized and accurate acceleration control is achieved. According to the technical scheme, quick response can be achieved, the swing control effect is ideal, the safety and stability of lifting operation are improved, and the industrial production requirement is met.

    本发明涉及一种起重机移动中防摆控制方法,通过内置PLC将启动加速和停止减速各分为三个阶段,PLC通过发送速度指令控制变频器使起重机实现无极调速,达到精准的加速度控制。本发明所提出的技术方案,能够快速响应,摆动控制效果理想,提升了起重作业的安全性和稳定性,满足工业生产需求。
