According to the grab bucket control system, control over the grab bucket is achieved through the opening and closing frequency converter and the supporting frequency converter which can conduct master-slave communication, and the electrical transformation cost of old hoisting equipment is reduced; the support frequency converter can dynamically obtain support motor state information, receive motor opening and closing state information obtained by the support frequency converter, and generate a support motor operation frequency instruction and a motor opening and closing operation frequency instruction based on the support motor state information and the motor opening and closing state information. The support frequency converter is used for driving the support motor and the opening and closing motor to operate, and in the operation process of the motors, the support frequency converter can realize closed-loop control of the grab bucket and automatic speed reduction of the grab bucket according to dynamically acquired feedback information, so that the working efficiency of the grab bucket of the crane is improved, and the operation complexity of control of the grab bucket of the crane and the labor intensity of an operator are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种抓斗控制系统、方法、起重机及计算机可读存储介质,属于起重机控制技术领域。本发明提出的抓斗控制系统通过能够进行主从通讯的开闭变频器和支持变频器实现了对抓斗的控制,降低了对旧起重设备的电气改造成本,所述支持变频器能够动态获取支持电机状态信息及接收所述支持变频器获取的开闭电机状态信息,并基于所述支持电机状态信息及开闭电机状态信息生成支持电机运行频率指令和开闭电机运行频率指令,以驱动支持电机和开闭电机运行,在电机运行过程中,所述支持变频器根据动态获取的反馈信息能够实现抓斗闭环控制和抓斗自动减速,提高了起重机抓斗的工作效率,降低了起重机抓斗控制的操作复杂度和操作者的劳动强度。
