The invention discloses a pressure experiment device and a pressure tracking method for an underwater mobile platform, belongs to the technical field of marine equipment detection, is used for a pressure detection test of underwater equipment, and comprises a pressure control end, a pressure supply end, a pressure experiment module and a monitoring terminal; during working, an oil quantity value of equipment to be tested is transmitted to the model calculation terminal through the serial port communication unit, the model calculation terminal calculates a depth value through a kinetic model of the equipment to be tested, the pressure sensor collects a pressure value in the pressure experiment module and sends the pressure value to the pressure collection unit, and the PID control algorithm compares the input depth value with the pressure value in real time. And if the pressure value in the pressure experiment module is not matched with the depth value of the to-be-tested equipment, the current acquisition control unit and the switch control unit adjust the pressure supply end. Through a PID control algorithm, the pressure experiment module tracks the depth value calculated by the model, and completely simulates the pressure change of the to-be-tested equipment in underwater autonomous operation.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下移动平台的压力实验装置及压力跟踪方法,属于海洋装备检测技术领域,用于水下设备的压力检测试验,所述装置包括压力控制端、压力供给端、压力实验舱和监控终端;工作时,待测设备的油量值通过串口通信单元传输至模型计算终端,模型计算终端通过待测设备动力学模型计算得到深度值,压力传感器采集压力实验舱中的压力值并发送至压力采集单元,PID控制算法对输入的深度值和压力值实时对比,若压力实验舱中的压力值与待测设备的深度值不匹配,则电流采集控制单元和开关控制单元对压力供给端进行调节。本发明通过PID控制算法使得压力实验舱跟踪模型计算得到的深度值,完全模拟待测设备在水下自主运行的压力变化。
