A rear control arm structure of an automobile multi-connecting-rod suspension comprises an aluminum alloy seat and a carbon fiber plate, one side of the aluminum alloy seat is provided with a mounting support and a first sleeve, the other side of the aluminum alloy seat is provided with a second sleeve and a third sleeve which are used for mounting a lining, the second sleeve and the third sleeve are located on the same axis, a cavity is formed in the aluminum alloy seat, and the carbon fiber plate is arranged in the cavity. A positioning groove is formed in the cavity along a cavity opening, the carbon fiber plate is arranged in the positioning groove and fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy seat, a spring mounting groove is formed in the carbon fiber plate, a supporting boss is arranged in the cavity of the aluminum alloy seat, and the supporting boss makes contact with and is attached to the groove bottom of the spring mounting groove. One side of the aluminum alloy seat and one side of the carbon fiber plate are correspondingly provided with U-shaped receding grooves respectively, and the U-shaped receding grooves are located between the installation support and the first sleeve.
