The invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous motor position control method, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining a real-time angle and a rotating speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor, inputting a difference value between a reference angle and a measured angle into a position loop proportional controller, and simultaneously inputting the reference angle into a feedforward controller, adding the output value of the position loop proportional controller and the output value of the feedforward controller to obtain an input reference value of a speed loop; the difference between the input reference value and the measured rotating speed is input into a speed loop proportional-integral controller; sampling to obtain a phase current value of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and a real-time angle of a rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, converting to obtain a q-axis current reference value and a d-axis current reference value, and inputting the q-axis current reference value and the d-axis current reference value into a PI controller; and the output value of the PI controller and the real-time angle of the rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are converted and input into the SVPWM module, so that closed-loop control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized. The problem of large inertia of the whole vehicle is solved, and the dynamic performance of position control is improved.

    本发明提供了一种永磁同步电机位置控制方法,包括以下步骤:获得永磁同步电机转子的实时角度以及转速,参考角度与测量的角度的差值输入位置环比例控制器,参考角度同时输入前馈控制器,将位置环比例控制器的输出值与前馈控制器的输出值相加得到速度环的输入参考值;输入参考值与测量的转速作差输入速度环比例积分控制器;采样获得永磁同步电机的相电流的值和永磁同步电机转子的实时角度,通过变换得到q轴电流参考值和d轴电流参考值并输入PI控制器;PI控制器的输出值和永磁同步电机转子的实时角度进行变换输入SVPWM模块,对永磁同步电机实现闭环控制。本发明克服了整车惯性大的问题,改善位置控制动态性能。
