A plurality of oil guide holes communicated with the oil injection nozzle are formed in the side wall of the rotating column, a transverse inner hexagon bolt is connected to the shaft sleeve in a threaded mode, and the screw rod end of the inner hexagon bolt extends into the circumferential open groove. The friction coefficient is greatly reduced on the premise of keeping the fit clearance of the revolute pair unchanged and only bearing the guiding function; and an oil injection nozzle and three oil guide holes are additionally arranged in the rotating column, so that the steering action is smoother, the friction abnormal sound is eliminated, and the service life of parts is prolonged. 本发明是一种高空作业平台转向轮结构,包括固定在整个平台车架底盘上的竖向轴套和轮架,轴套上端卡台处设有铜套,且下端卡台处设有复合纤维套,轮架顶部连有旋转柱,轴套和轮架之间设有铜垫,旋转柱顶部设有注油嘴,旋转柱的侧壁上设有若干与注油嘴连通的导油孔,轴套上螺纹连有横向的内六角螺栓,内六角螺栓的螺杆端伸入到圆周开槽内。本发明在保持转动副配合间隙不变且只承担导向功能的前提下摩擦系数大大降低;在旋转柱中又增加了注油嘴和三处导油孔,使转向动作更加顺滑流畅,同时也消除摩擦异响,增加了零件的使用寿命。此外,本发明装配和后期维护保养的便捷性好。
